Returns

If you are a consumer you have the right to cancel your contract with Supac Ltd within 14 days of the date of delivery of your order on condition that the product(s) has not been used.

Notice of cancellation must be given in writing by email, post or fax to Supac Ltd. The cost of returning the battery on the cancelled order is the responsibility of the buyer, unless Supac Ltd delivered the item to you in error.

Where a claim of defect or damage is made, Supac Ltd shall be responsible for the recovery of the product(s) from the buyer. The buyer shall be entitled to a full refund (including delivery costs) if the product(s) is in fact defective.

Where products which have been returned are found to have been damaged due to the buyer’s fault, the buyer will be liable for the cost of remedying the damage caused and the associated delivery costs. In the event that the returned goods are not defective or faulty, they shall be returned to the buyer. The buyer will be responsible for the delivery costs in such circumstances.
